Covid-19 Church Regulations
In light of guidelines from the state, we encourage the wearing of masks during the services unless medical conditions prevent you from doing so.  We want to be examples of what it looks like to be obedient to God’s Word as well as taking reasonable measures to ensure the safety and health of worshippers as well as striving towards being the most effective servants we can be for the Lord.  Romans 13:5 says, "Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of  conscience".
  • The pastor and worship leaders will take off masks only when on the platform. This will be done to aid those who are hearing impaired and require the reading of lips to be able to follow what is being said.
  • We will continue with our moving forward to a more normal style of worship with taking the offering, children's ministries, and communion.
I want to make it abundantly clear that no one should feel pressured to do anything they are not comfortable with doing yet whether it be taking communion during the church service or attending in person. Everybody has different situations regarding their own health, the health of those they live with, and the health of those they work with so gentleness, kindness, and grace will guide our thoughts and actions. God knows our hearts and our desire to grow in our relationship with Him.

I know how to respond to COVID-19 is a polarizing issue. My prayer is that we would keep our eyes focused on the Lord, on the calling that He has given each one of us, and the desire that He has for each one of us to grow in grace and knowledge in our relationships with Him.
